Overall I have been A GM customer well over 25 .2020 equinox had 2 major problems. ,transmission and fuel pump in lees1500 miles , all cover , poor quality. Hopefully better luck this time. I knew my job was not going to be easy. The service agent Cheryl never gave me a timeline on what to expect. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am on Monday May 5th, I had to call that evening to find out the status of the vehicle. She said they were not done. I understood the job was a big one, but it was never explained how long it would take. I called on Tuesday to see if it was done, still not done. They were waiting on the part to come in. When I called Wednesday she told me they just got the part and would start working on the car. I had to call again Wednesday evening to see if car was ready and was told would not be ready until Thursday. Dealership doesn’t even have a rental car available for people if they will be with out their car for a long period of time. The other lack of communication was no full explanation of the cost. She just told me it would be $3000, when I went to pick up it was over $3500. There was an additional part that need to be replaced, but no one ever called to say would be more. In the past I would have received a call to let me know there was additional work. I was told about my rear brakes which would have been additional $500 something which opted to take somewhere else.

Air pressure in front tires 70 but should have been 60. Tech didn't know there was pla es to grease on truck. He thought it was grease less like cars. I doubt it was greased even after I mentioned that there were nine places.

Very disappointed with the non service I received on 5-12-25! I purchased my used 2017 GMC truck when I told the salesman the passenger side window wasn’t working he said bring it in and they would check it. I also told him about the carpet on drivers floor was loose also about the overhead light panel was loose. They did check and said it would be a $200.00 deductible payment out of my pocket. Of course I refuse to pay the $200.00 as I felt Register should have fixed. I will not be giving a positive review on my purchase. Then my wife and I were riding from eating and the locks kept opening and closing for no reason. Thanks for the time to vent my frustration.

It was a pleasant experience. We felt no pressure, and they gave us what we could afford without pushing for more money. My sister bought a car from this dealership back in Jan. of this year and she asked if they could throw in new car mats. They did, and she got nice rubber ones. I asked if they could do the same for me but I was disappointed to see. I only got real cheap ones for the front. Seats. All in all we are happy with the car that we could afford. I just wish we could have got better car mats for the price we paid.

I was in a crisis, my car would not start and I was in Hudson, in an area I was unfamiliar with, and Sam very calmly talked me into one last time start. I took the car directly to Register. She said that she might not have a mechanic be able to look at it that day, but at least the car was there and a driver was going to be able to take me home. When I got to Register, she did some preliminary tests and conferred with a mechanic in the shop. He came over and immediately diagnosed it as a dead battery and said it wouldn’t take long to put in a new one. The mechanic’s name was Rene and he was extremely courteous and friendly. I feel that they went beyond what other service car companies usually do and that is why I have always stuck with Register. I have now for over 20 years.

Our vehicle was damaged in a parking lot. We took the vehicle to Register for the repairs. The repairs were done quickly and the vehicle looked brand new again. However, over the month or so we were using the vehicle it developed a noise from the area of the repair. We took the vehicle back to Register to have the vehicle checked. Register fixed the initial problem and then found another issue we didn't even know existed. Register Chevrolet has been fantastic from purchasing the vehicle to the follow up visits . Professional and friendly staff.

July 1st I brought in my vehicle unannounced and left My keys with a note of the problem and went to work. I called Sam around 10 am and she had it already being looked at. By 2 pm she called and told me the issue with the vehicle. The sale of the vehicle went great and that's where it stopped! We noticed that the steering wheel had slices in it, when we called the salesman up he said he would have it looked at, being a brand new vehicle with only 12 miles on it we told him we needed a new steering wheel not a fixed steering wheel. He said he was going to put a request into GM for a warranty replacement. The salesman still has not called us to inform us of the replacement. I am going to notify GM directly to have this matter resolved. If the steering wheel could not be replaced and the salesman knew that, then we would have had to pick another vehicle, because this is totally unacceptable for a brand new vehicle.

They refused to shut off my auto-stop on my car which was off and they turned back on when I had a battery replaced. The only reason I purchased the car about 5 years ago is because they stated they would shut it off, which they did. Now they refuse to shut it off . Very frustrating because they were the ones that turned it back on. Last straw for this dealership will go somewhere else.

It was my first service on my new truck, so GM was going to pay for it but the girl that was checking me in couldn’t get the information because the GM website was down, but the manager said do anyway, and they would figure it out later, when he found out that I bought the truck there. I was really impressed that he didn’t hesitate, and the girl checking me in was very nice about it too. The girl that checked me out was very friendly and talked to me like a person and not like she was trying to get me out the door. Very happy with the dealership, so far.
